The response I got was that they cant refund me because I wanted to change the design I never said that I said quality was very poor. The size was very disappointing. The item I ordered was taking a bit long to be made, so I sent an email to customer service expressing my concern that I needed the item by Christmas. Be sure to let us know what you think. Each poster I ordered was from a different artist and were different sizes, small and large. Customer services takes a long time to get through to while being in the hold queue. The third was a botanical mushroom poster that was super blurry. Thank you for your help. I tried to attach a photo but it doesn't work. I still have yet to receive my merchandise. Instead of doing that Zazzle is going to resend without having the other in their possession. This is the worst and people keep in my this was a Christmas gift.
